Abstract submission

The abstract submission is now closed. We received 54 submissions (38 for talks and 16 for posters). The scientific commission has already evaluated all the abstracts, and we have communicated to participants if their abstract was selected for a talk or a poster.

 

This year, because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held online via Zoom/Colibri. All participants should ensure they have a stable internet network access, a microphone and a webcam.

You can submit your abstract for two types of presentation:

  • Poster (to be shown in virtual meeting space - spatial.chat)
  • Talk

Deadline for submitting an abstract is 31st October 2021 at 23:59 (GMT+1).

NOTE: Before submitting your abstract, please ensure that the author list and affiliations follow the format below. 

    • Author list: Please provide author names separated with semicolon (";"). Each author name should have the form "LastName, Initials (1)". Please use numbers within brackets to indicate affiliation (see below). For instance, Sousa, VC (1,2); Fragata, I (1); Parreira, B (2,3); Rodrigues, L (1)
    • Affiliations: Please provide affiliation details separated with semicolon (";"). For each institution use the form "(1) Accronym - Name of institution/department, University, City, Country". No detailed address is required. For instance, (1) CE3C - centre for ecology, evolution and environmental changes, FCUL University of Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal; (2) IGC - Instituto Gulbenkian de Ciência, Oeiras, Portugal; (3) IEE, University of Bern, Bern, Switzerland.
